Structural steel fabrication has long been a core competency at Spirit Fabs. Our state-of-the-are facility is the ideal environment for completing high-quality structural steel fabrication and on-time completion.
Our team has the following structural steel capabilities:
- Three-axis, CNC-controlled drill line
- Three-axis, CNC-controlled burning machine accommodating all AISC structural shapes, capable of contour cutting, beveling flanges for weld prep and splitting tees
- CNC-controlled plasma plate punch
- CNC-controlled plasma and oxy-fuel burn table
- Three-axis, CNC-controlled angle and flat bar shear
- Cambering machine for structural shapes up to W36 x 160 without heat
- Certified welding for any metal alloy
- Sand blasting and automated steel shot blasting
- Painting (single-coat and multi-coat applications)
